Hyun Young will release a personal finance book on May 15th. Her book titled “Hyun Young’s Financial Diary” documents how she saved money as a college student and as a starving artist.
Entertainers tend to branch out into various businesses to secure a stable income, but Hyun Young’s financial advisor route is the biggest stretch so far. But hey, as long as you can convince others that you are an “expert,” the world is your oyster, or in this case, Hyun Young’s oyster.

I’ve heard about her money saving skills a couple times in the past on various shows/interviews. Supposedly she saved an impressive amount with what she earned. I think her book could succeed.

she’s known to be real cheap, spending almost as little as possible wherever she goes if not spending at all. She always mentioned that about herself for a long time on a variety of shows.
She’s also known to be an airhead so i doubt she has any financial advices to give other than simply not spending.

I’m not sure if it’s the picture itself or the angle the picture was shot at, but she looks so elegant and stunning (than she usually is). Either way, her book might be successful, considering how she is known for keeping her savings well. I will love to read it myself, but it will be in Korean, and my parents keep track of my earnings from work

im learning money management at school and i read a bunch of articles of people stealing ids for money and how their loosing money. this book will prob help a lot of people….. and bring her more money too. xD

Well, regardless of how stupid Hyun Young may act on TV doesn’t mean she’s a complete idiot when it comes to saving money. She paid for her entire college education on her own (albeit Korean univ tuition is a lot cheaper than American uni tuition).

I actually thought she looks plainer than usual in that pic and perhaps her natural face is returning because she looks different.
I’m a fan of hers — I think she’s very pretty and has kesong (character) in her face so she stands out and she’s very entertaining on all the variety shows. But she had a LOT of surgery after she debuted as a model (and she changed her voice too, you can find pics and clips online thanks to anti-fans.)
The reason I bring up the surgery is that the human face starts reverting (as much as it can anyway) back to what nature and your DNA made it — so maybe her face is changing?
